A crochet maxi dress is the one you throw on over a bikini at noon and wear to dinner at nine. Ours are floor-length halter maxis with a high thigh slit, in striped crochet-look cotton knit that breathes and moves. Knitted to order, colour in the yarn.
A knitted maxi that survives the whole day
A crochet maxi dress has to do a full day: sand, salt, sun, then a table with a white cloth. The open crochet-look stitch keeps it cool, the high slit keeps it moving, and the knitted-in stripe keeps its colour when a printed maxi would already be fading. Floor length, halter neck, made to order in Italy in serape and sunset stripe.
